Gowme operates an Instagram comment-to-DM automation that lets an Instagram business or creator (an "affiliate") automatically reply to people who comment a chosen keyword on the affiliate's posts or reels. This policy explains what we process and why.
We process this on behalf of the affiliate's Instagram account you chose to interact with, strictly to deliver the message you requested by commenting. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising profiling.
Your comment is a deliberate request to receive information, and we rely on that consent and our legitimate interest in operating the automation. Data is processed through Meta's Instagram Platform subject to Meta's terms.
We keep automation records only as long as needed to operate the service: raw event logs are deleted within 30 days and message logs within 180 days, after which they are removed.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may
object to processing. To stop automated messages, reply STOP in the
